Welcome to the first Global Talks  – a webinar

WORK FROM HOME OR ELSEWHERE
The workplace – where did and will it go?

Friday the 28th om August from 08.30 to 10.00
Webinar

Professor Christer Karlsson, PhD
at Copenhagen Business School

On August 28th, Professor Christer Karlsson at Copenhagen Business School (prior to this he was professor at Chalmers University of Technology) will share his thoughts and experiences. Overall, it is about our ways of working, socializing, traveling and, not least, where and how we will work post Covid-19.

More specifically, Christer Karlsson takes a starting point in how the experience of product and development work at a 24/7 pace, affects our future (post-corona) way of working. Where will the headquarters of the future be – will it depend on where the key people are? What is the significance of the physical meeting and the importance of the ”office”? What requirements do we place on each other and on our premises? What are the benefits and drawbacks of the physical space? How should it be designed to optimize efficiency and effectiveness? How do we find the ”virtual dynamic”, the knowledge centres that attracts competence and talents?

Want to get a preview – listen to Sveriges Radio – Ekonomi Ekot of the 11th of May 2020. Prof. Karlsson herein gives a sneak view of this constantly moving topic.

And from our perspective – Global Business Gate aims to take on the role as a knowledge centre in Global Trade – perhaps in collaboration with others? Interested – please contact us.

We, as well as professor Karlsson, would love to receive questions on the topic prior to this Global Talks. Please send them directly to contact@globalbusinessgate.se.

Take part of a morning filled with inspiration, learning and active participation.

Warm welcome!

Best regards,

Lennart Hedström
CEO, Global Business Gate Project AB and Elof Hansson Properties AB
