Sky Building & Water House
On Masthuggskajen’s new peninsula in Gothenburg, construction of the 26-storey Sky Building and 12-storey Water House is underway. Over a combined rental area of approximately 33,000 square meters, these buildings will accommodate over 2,500 workplaces. Our first members can look forward to moving in by the end of 2027.

The development of Masthuggskajen is seeking organic cultural growth, as the area expands to meet the attractions of Järntorget and Långgatorna. This includes a 128-meter wall for street art that will welcome all aspiring artists.
