The Location

Global Business Gate is located on a peninsula in the Göta River. Our buildings – Sky Building and Water House – are being built at Masthuggskajen. Here, you’ll find offices, meeting rooms, a restaurant, bar, café, and event spaces.

On the new peninsula at Masthuggskajen in Gothenburg, Sky Building, with 26 floors, and Water House, with 12 floors, are being constructed. Together, these two buildings offer 46,000 square meters, accommodating over 2,500 workspaces.

The first tenants and members will move in during 2029.
