Elof Hansson Fastigheter
Elof Hansson Fastigheter is a branch of the Elof Hansson trading house, which was founded in 1896 in Hamburg and moved to Gothenburg during World War I. Historically, it has helped make the Swedish forestry industry internationally respected. In 2012, the group ventured into property development, culminating in the Global Business Gate project on Gothenburg’s Masthuggskajen.
Alecta Fastigheter
In 2021, Alecta Tjänstepension started the property company Alecta Fastigheter. Today, Alecta Fastigheter is one of the country’s largest property owners. Their involvement in Global Business Gate is part of a long-term strategy to create future value by lifting people, businesses and cities and providing a good return to Alecta’s pension savers.
