The Sky Building

Sky Building has an approximate area of 32,000 square meters and stands over 103 meters tall. It is one of Gothenburg's tallest office buildings.
Sky Building’s gently concave facades give the building a changing appearance depending on where the viewer stands. But one thing is constant: the building is a landmark that captures everyone’s attention. The entrance level is carefully designed to invite passersby from the surrounding streets and squares. The main entrance is strategically positioned to become a natural meeting place for all visitors.

An Entrance with Pulse

The entrance level is designed to be a place full of life and energy. Vernissages, cultural events, and pop-up exhibitions are held here, making it a vibrant meeting place. There is a restaurant, bar, and café with opening hours that extend late into the evening—perfect when you need an early breakfast or a lunch break during the day.

In the service shop you’ll find everything you need for a smooth and comfortable stay. The spacious atrium is filled with natural light and features a staffed reception with full concierge service.

One floor up from the entrance, you reach level 2, where many of the building’s meeting rooms and event spaces are located. Here you’ll find everything from smaller meeting rooms for efficient check-ins to large conference and event areas for presentations, workshops, and networking. The spaces are designed to be flexible, allowing you to easily book the area that best suits your current needs.

On the 7th floor, there is the building’s own dining room, exclusively for tenants. Here you can heat up food you have brought with you, buy food from the vending machines, or bring something from the restaurant. The floor is an important place to meet, socialize, and collaborate with colleagues. There are also meeting rooms that can be booked for both private conversations and joint lunch meetings. As an added bonus, the terrace offers a green oasis with fresh air, blue skies, and lovely views—perfect for a break in the middle of the workday.

Flexibility to create your own office

All office layouts can be rebuilt to suit your needs. There are even provisions for installing your own staircases between floors, making it easy to add an extra floor if needed.

On floor 12, you will find the building’s gym for those who work here. Here you will find everything you need to exercise and feel good, without having to leave the building. If you want, you can also book a personal trainer for extra support and motivation.
