The buildings’ basement levels are connected and provide a practical space for everyone working in the building. Here you’ll find a generous bicycle garage with attached changing rooms, including towel service. And the car pool is easy to use whenever you need a car for business purposes.

Ground floor with the water as a neighbor

Water House is one of the few buildings in Gothenburg constructed directly on the quay. Upon entering, you are greeted by a “barception” – a combination of bar and reception – which serves as a gathering point for visitors. Along the quay on the ground floor, you’ll also find the building’s restaurant and a food bar, both offering stunning views of the water.

Built-in full flexibility

The offices at Water House benefit from one of Gothenburg’s prime locations. The space is designed to allow you to easily open up areas and add staircases between floors as your business grows. Additionally, the office can be fully customized and tailored to your specific needs and preferences.
