Global Business Gate, a hub for companies and organizations active in international business, is equally owned by Elof Hansson Properties and Alecta. Global Business Gate, with its 24 floors, is built at Masthuggskajen in Göteborg, where a new peninsula, at about 100 meters in Göta Älv, is created.
